When I installed l Office and tried to open a Microsoft Word document or any Microsoft tools, it asks me to activate it. I enter in all of the needed information but a few minutes later it says, “Sorry, we ran into a problem while trying to install the product key.

If this keeps happening, you should try repairing your office product. System error: 0xce01c ” First of all, I don’t have a product key, I used my email because that was one of the options. Second of all, I don’t know how to repair my office product. Uninstalling and reinstalling is not working. Neither is repairing.
